How to Apply
1. Please click and read New Artist Jury Requirements before applying
in the 2019 New Artist Application Form below.
2. Please fill out the New Artist Application Form below.
Please use the scroll bar and Submit.
3. AFTER CLICKING THE FORM SUBMIT BUTTON a message will appear on your computer screen to confirm to you that "Your response has been recorded" in our files.
4. Please send cheque, money order, or e-Transfer payment (See e-Transfer Below Form) for $150.00** to Pelham Art Festival Application Committee, Box 1191, Fonthill, ON, L0S 1Eo.
Payment for your single booth must be submitted by January 15th, 2019. Applications will not be accepted after that date.
** $150.00 covers the cost of single Booth rental
in the 2019 New Artist Application Form below.
