Our Mandate
The purpose and power of the Pelham Art Festival shall be:
A. to apply funds raised through the various activities of the organization for enhancement
of the Pelham Library System;
B. to provide annual fine arts scholarships for deserving Pelham graduates of E.L. Crossley
Secondary School. Notre Dame College School, and to Pelham students enrolled in the
Art and Design Program at Niagara College;
C. to cooperate with all organizations within the community in the support and promotion
of the arts;
D. to provide a coordinating and leadership force for various activities in the community
which pertain to the contribution that art and artists make to our society;
E. to develop a sense of pride and responsibility in the community regarding the contribution
that art and artists make to our society;
F. to encourage the youth of our community in the appreciation and pursuit of the arts
