Applications are open from October 1st, 2020, until February 22nd, 2021

How to Apply
1. Please click and read New Artist Jury Requirements in the New Artist Application Form below.
2. Please fill out the New Artist Application Form below to be placed on the October 1st, 2020 email contact list.
Please use the scroll bar and Submit.
3. AFTER CLICKING THE FORM SUBMIT BUTTON, scroll to the page top to view a message that will appear on YOUR computer screen at the top of YOUR submitted FORM to confirm to you that "Your response has been recorded" for our files.
4. Choosing payment by INTERAC e-Transfer (See e-Transfer Below the Form), cheque or money order is within the Registration Form.
OR Mail cheque or money order to Pelham Art Festival, Box 1191, Fonthill, ON, L0S 1E0.
5. Please DO NOT make a payment for a booth until AFTER your application with images and statement/bio is emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org to be juried.
6. Applications close February 22nd, 2021.
