Pelham Art Festival is looking for Volunteer Booth Sitters, Welcome Table/Ticket Sellers, Wrapping and Wine Bar Attendants

Pelham Art Festival is looking for Volunteer Floater-Booth Sitters, Welcome Table/Ticket Sellers, Wrapping Station Attendants and Wine Garden Attendants for the 35th Annual Pelham Art Festival on Mother's Day weekend in Fonthill.
The Pelham Art Festival Committee is pleased to announce that we are planning an in-person show this year! Spring 2022 will mark our 35th Annual Festival. We are proud to continue our mandate of raising funds for the Pelham Public Libraries and awarding fine art scholarships to post-secondary graduating local Pelham high school students. As you know, the Pelham Art Festival is 100% Volunteer-driven. We are reaching out to see if you would please consider volunteering this year.
The Festival will take place on Mother's Day weekend in the Accipiter Arena at the Meridian Community Centre in Fonthill on Friday, May 6, Saturday, May 7, and Sunday, May 8, 2022.
We are looking for Booth Sitters, Welcome Table/Ticket Sellers, Wrapping Station Attendants, and Wine Bar Attendants. Please find a more detailed description attached of what each position involves. Volunteers may choose any day convenient for volunteering. Shifts are Friday 7:00 pm to 10 pm, Saturday and Sunday 10:00 am to 1:30 pm or 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm.
We are committed to the safety and comfort of our volunteers, artists and patrons and will do our best to provide a safe environment. We will be following all Provincially-Mandated COVID Protocols that may be in place at the time and encourage everyone to continue to maintain personal safety.
