A Set-Up/Take Down Team, Decorating Team and Hosting Volunteers are needed for the 2023 Pelham Art Festival on Mother's Day weekend at the Meridian Community Centre

The Pelham Art Festival Committee is pleased to present our 36th Annual Show and Sale on Mother’s Day weekend at the Meridian Community Centre in Fonthill. We are proud to continue our mandate of raising funds for Pelham Public Libraries and awarding scholarships to local graduating high school students. Over the past three decades, we have raised more than $474,000 for our local community. The Pelham Art Festival is completely run and supported by volunteers. We are reaching out to see if you would please consider volunteering this year.

The dates are Friday, May 12, Saturday, May 13, & Sunday, May 14, 2023. We are looking for Booth Sitters, Welcome Table/Ticket Sellers, Wrapping Station Attendants, Wine Bar Attendants and Friday evening food servers. Please find attached a more detailed description of what each position involves. Volunteers may choose any day that is convenient: shifts are Friday 7:00 pm-10:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday 10:00-1:30 or 1:30-5:00.
