MANDATE
The purpose and power of the Pelham Art Festival shall be:
- to apply funds raised through the various activities of the organization for the enhancement of the Lincoln Pelham Public Library;
- to provide annual fine arts scholarships for deserving Pelham graduates of E.L. Crossley Secondary School and Notre Dame College School;
- to cooperate with all organizations within the community in the support and promotion of the arts;
- to provide a coordinating and leading force for various activities in the community which pertain to the contribution that the arts and artists make to our society;
- to encourage the youth of our community in the appreciation and pursuit of the arts.
We are a proud community sponsor of Lincoln Pelham Public Libraries and the arts
Festival proceeds benefit the Lincoln Pelham Public Library and provide annual scholarships to graduating Pelham students who are pursuing post-secondary studies in fine arts from E.L. Crossley Secondary School and Notre Dame College School. The Festival also supports various community art projects.
Pelham Art Festival has proudly donated over $500,000 back to the community to date.

1985 and 1986- Friends of Fonthill Library hold local backyard art show fundraisers hoping for a new Fonthill library
