Southern Exposure

Cathy Peters

(Sold!)
The first time I saw these cotton plants in a field in Texas, I fell in love with them. Their softness, yet strength of the stems against a muddy, expansive field, created such a different scene for me. These proud-like plants seemed to want to reach the sky and they captured my inspiration. This painting is presented on gallery-width canvas; image painted out around the edge, not framed, ready to hang
