Angela Sirrs

Angela creates landscapes, wearable art and home décor in fused glass. Each piece is designed using multiple layers of transparent and opaque glass to create a collage which is then fired in a kiln several times.

"Although much of my skill with glass work has developed through experimentation, I have gained skill in cutting, assembling and firing different types of glass through coursework at AAE Glass Studio in Florida.

Working with glass has provided me with an opportunity to learn and experiment through play – an extension of my years of teaching kindergarten".
