Jing Fu
Jing was born in Shanghai, a city with limited access to natural scenery. Growing up in an urban environment without much exposure to nature has given her a deep desire for the natural world. She finds that nature represents a way to escape the noise and stress of city life and find peace and tranquillity. Most of her artwork focuses on capturing the essence of natural landscapes and conveying the emotions and feelings they evoke in her by using oil and acrylic to create her paintings.
"Landscape painting allows me to explore important themes such as the relationship between humans and the environment, and the impact of climate change. Nature symbolizes freedom to me. Through my artwork, I seek to convey the beauty of natural landscapes and the sense of wonder and appreciation they evoke in me. I hope my pursuit of nature in my art allows me to create meaningful connections with my audience and convey the importance of protecting our planet for future generations".
